The mechanical properties of ABS are greatly affected by temperature.
Thermal properties of ABS
ABS is an amorphous polymer with no obvious melting point. Melt viscosity is high, poor mobility, poor weather resistance, ultraviolet light can make discoloration; The thermal deformation temperature is 70 -- 107℃ (about 85 ℃), and the product can be increased by about 10℃ after annealing treatment. Sensitive to temperature and shear rate; ABS can still show certain toughness at -40℃, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range from -40℃ to 85℃.
